If you're anything like me, the lack of structure during summer break can get old quickly. For a while it's a nice change, but eventually the wrestling matches become more frequent and you begin to notice your kids may be starting to do the "data dump" with some of the information they learned over the last year.
We homeschool moms work way too hard to sit back and let this happen! So, I came up with a few more structured "stations" for the kids to work at during the day. There are Reading Stations, Artistic Stations and Free Play stations. I may make another sheet with Math Stations, Experiment Stations (gulp!) and whatever else I come up with to alternate with each week.
I printed mine on cheap card stock so that it's durable for multiple uses over the summer. We go through rotations of about 30-45 minutes per station. With older kids, or depending on the amount of work a station may require, you may want to do an hour per rotation. You know what's best! :-)
I am working on a command center wall in the kitchen and this will be one thing displayed there. If your kids are young, they'll need some hands-on from mom for some of these (or to get started at least) but many will give you a break for a while!

This printable is for personal use only, and if you would like to share it on your blog, please just share the link to this post. It does have a blank second page, I don't know how to remove it but it won't hurt anything. :-)
We use Draw - Write - Now drawing and handwriting curriculum (it's very simple, but the kids can do it without my help and have improved so much!). You can find the whole set on Amazon:
